Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Royal Coffee Roasting mobile application (the "Service") operated by Crown Distributing, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

  1. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Crown Distributing, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

  2. User Accounts To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password or any other breach of security.

  3. SMS and Loyalty Programs

    By participating in the Royal Coffee Roasting loyalty rewards program and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from us, which may include promotional messages, account updates, and other relevant information related to our products and services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by following the instructions provided in the messages or contacting our customer support team.

    You acknowledge and agree that Royal Coffee Roasting may store and use your phone number to manage the loyalty rewards program and send SMS messages in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your phone number up-to-date in your account settings.

    Royal Coffee Roasting reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS and loyalty program at any time, with or without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any changes we make to our SMS and loyalty program terms.

  4. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.

  5. Links to Other Websites Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crown Distributing, LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Crown Distributing, LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.
